We think we may now be the longest running XP team, setup May 1999. Today in November 2003, we're still XPing with a reduced team.

JulianHigman, TimCocks? and MatthewCooke are full time XP developers (though we're recruiting another developer at the moment... XpRecruitment)

There are two support staff and two designers whom we also pair with when they need technical assistance.

The codebase is suprisingly easy to work with thanks to the hard work and tests put in place by many excellent developers over the last few years.
