Went from Connextra to a year of wandering about talking to people about XP.

Worked for Sun Research Labs for 2 years - co-ordinated a joint hardware/software project to build a wireless transducer platform running Java. 6 months from nothing to full usable system. (Agile of course!) Distributed team in UK and US.

Now at Finetix bringing Agile into the Capital Markets space.
