I am now working for ThoughtWorks, who are big advocates of AgileMethodologies? and are very supportive of my work on ProjectRetrospectives and HeartBeatRetrospectives.

Previously I started the ConneXtra XP team which has been running for over four years, doing pure XP. Connextra was the original breeding ground for MockObjects, along with additional contributions from many of the attendess of XtC
