- I work in a small team at JPMorgan developing web-based financial software. We use lots of open-source software, mainly developing with Struts and Tiles in Eclipse. We also borrow a few ideas from XP, sometimes building unit tests before code, sometimes pair programming, and would love to find out more about it.
