Andy and I (BenHogan) met RussRufer? from the Silicon Valey Patterns group at the Agile Development Conference in Utah and thought that their techniques might work for XtC.

The Idea

• Topics are chosen that have online reference material available
• Participants are emailed the next weeks topic along with links to reading materials
• Participants pre-read the designated material
• Participants meet to discuss the topic facilitated by a moderator and to discuss the next topic
• Moderator gathers resources and links for future candidate topics
