I work in a small team at JPMorgan developing web-based financial software. We use open-source not least because it's so hard to buy anything, so lots of Struts/Tiles and Hibernate. We also borrow a few ideas from XP, building unit tests before code, sometimes pair programming, but I'd love to get Agile methods properly institutionalised.

Went to Xtc20030730 and developed my PersonalPracticesMap (see attached). Some will probably be redefined or change over time, but the main ideas are probably there.
