Date: Wednesday 9th July 2003 at 6.30p.m. Combined Talk Details If your name is listed below your are registered for this talk. Registration is now closed. Please remove your name if you will not be attending. Thank you.
8 July 2003, 6:00pm - Registration is now closed This waiting list is getting a bit lengthy so no more names please. The room can only hold 100 people, even after it's been expanded by opening up the partition to a third conference room. Please note anyone signing up on this waiting list probably won't get in but you are welcome to meet us in the pub (see below) afterwards If you are signed up below you are not registered and not on the waiting list but welcome to come to the pub
Perhaps those of us who can't make it might like to contribute some QuestionsForErichGamma. History of this Talk To avoid a conflict of loyalties between this event and the Ivar Jacobson talk organised by BCS OOPS on the same day, and solve the venue problem at the same time, I have suggested combining the two events at UK House on Oxford Street (home of LogicaCMG Ok, hold that thought. I'm talking to IvanMoore and ImmoHuneke about this and hopefully we can make a decision today (Wed 26) about what is going to happen.... Ok, we've decided we want to try to use the same venue, so... we're waiting to make sure that's ok with Erich (Thur 27). Details of Ivar's talk to follow - I'll post it both and clean up the page -- DuncanPierce See Combined Talk Details Can anyone suggest a pub nearby? We normally adjourn to The Champion, 13 Wells St, at the corner of East Castle Street. It's small but hey! the beer is cheap! We can usually find space in the upstairs bar. -- ImmoHuneke For those of us who cannot attend, will there be a note-taker? I intend to take notes and post them on the TWiki at http://bcs-oops.org.uk/ Something else on my 'wish list' is: could we ask for a larger room for the venue to fit in a few more? Ian, your wish is our command - I have checked with LogicaCMG
