The UK XTC actually has a project that people work on during these sessions I believe. This is something I would imagine we could consider for the Brissie XTC as well.
The advantages of having a coding project to work on (that I can see) are:
- Less strain on the organizers to arrange topics for every week
- Increased communication amongst all attendees, rather than just lecture-style delivery of current presentations
- Opportunity for attendees to improve XP skills
I'd like to have a brainstorming session with interested parties on what an appropriate project would be and how to make it happen.
I hate to disillusion anyone but we in London were never actually able to get ideas like the XtcWiki off the ground. This was largely because we couldn't get a critical mass of people interested enough in any particular one of the XtcProjectProposals. However if you guys in Brisbane can get something off the ground then you'd be bound to get some people from London pitching in. --ade

Here are the ideas we started generating out of BrisbaneXtc16. I've tried to attach owners to them when I could remember. I probably also forgotten some, so please fill in the gaps where needed:

- CruiseControl Dashboard for cumulative project test statistics - AndyMarks
