XtcProjectProposals

XtcProjectProposals is a list of projects run (or proposed) by XtC folk so that people can gain experience in XP practices and at the same time produce something useful. You might not get paid but there are other benefits. If you are interested in taking part then email the project sponsor.

    • Has anyone counted the number of getters in the "main" class? (over 50) GettersAreEvil. Come to think of it, JSP is evil, and many of the servlet-related dependencies are as well(!) I don't think the original authors will want it back after we've changed all that...--DafyddRees

• I think UberUnit is a reasonable choice of something for XtC attendees to work on - in particular on UberTestRunners for UberUnit as these can be for any XUnit (hence using your favoured ProgrammingLanguage) and they are each a small enough amount of work to be practical to do in a few hours at a pub, and are independent of each other so there's not much of a continuity issue -- IvanM
