ChrisMatts

I am a business coach (Check out abc?http://abc.truemesh.com) with ThoughtWorks in London.

Prior to joining ThoughtWorks, I headed up the internal business analysis consultancy at dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, An Investment Bank. It was in this role that I introduced the practice of Pair Analysis.

I studied Micro Electronics and Software Engineering at Newcastle University before joining Price Waterhouse as a developer. Then moved to Robert Fleming (UK Investment Bank) as a developer and designer. In 1995 I took on a job as a business analyst at Chemical Bank (Now JP Morgan Chase) on a Regulatory Reporting Risk System (CAD). At Chase I moved on to work as a project manager and business analysis in the Equity Derivatives Middle Office. Whilst at Chase I studied part time for an MSc in Mathematical Trading and Finance at City University and an Open University module on Object Oriented Development, Design and Analysis in Smalltalk.
