• XpDay3Feedback starting at 6:30pm so that it does not dominate normal XTC conversation too much.
• DeMarco and Lister's book on risk management: Waltzing with bears
• Leadership in XP/Agile projects. What kinds of leaders are needed? Do we need chief architects as in FDD if we are to have any chance of managing technical risk? Or is this part of the coach's role?
• If TDD isn't about testing then what happened to our tests? Where, when and how do we test the code? What are we doing to make up for the lack of testing as testing when we adopt TDD/Mocks/etc?
• NatPryce needs a new name for his TDD/Mock-like/specification library. Any suggestions will be most welcome. He will also be able to show code and/or demo.

We know that a number of people are curious about NeuroLinguisticProgramming and would like to find more about it. Therefore we invited RixtWiersma to join us and introduce us into the world of NLP. This night you'll learn about NLP by doing NLP. Based on the outcome of this session another session can be organized.
