One of the interesting things about both XP and Scrum is that they're both (either accidentally or purposefully) vague about certain areas of the development process. One of the interesting things about both XP and Scrum is that they're both explicit about the areas that the other process is vague in. Although the processes complement each other quite well, there is still quite a bit of fine-tuning that needs to be done to get them to mesh, and not mess, with each other. I'm developing training materials on this topic based on my ongoing experiences combining the two methodologies in practice, and would be quite happy to present them in a tutorial at XpDay3. Also, I've been a tried-and true presenter at the last 2 XpDays, and it would give me an excuse to come up to London once again. JosephPelrine Sounds a good fit for the programme --RachelDavies
