As a newbie I'm not sure if you are aware that eXtreme Tuesday Club is set up as a non-profit organisation, we have a bank account with four signatories DuncanPierce, PaulSimmons, RachelDavies and SteveFreeman but by the agreement we have signed with the bank as I understand it we are not allowed to make any money as individuals representing XTC. We have about £4k that we can use for future XTC events. I have set up a yahoo group to discuss xp and agile event ideas.
