+ A bit of an XP newbee. I've worked on and run several teams. One of the biggest bonuses I see from XP is the ability to integrate new team members quickly: pair programming to show them the ropes, unit tests to catch them if they fall. And best of all, we all learn new things from the way they work.

+ I've worked a lot with AtgDynamo [http://groups.yahoo.com/group/xpatg/], and have tried to apply some XP practices to development, such as using [cactus|http://www.onwhichsubject.com/DynaCactus/] for tests. I also contribute to the [Jiffie|http://sourceforge.net/projects/jiffie] project to test web applications.
