A bit of an XP newbee. I've worked on and run several teams. One of the biggest bonuses I see from XP is the ability to integrate new team members quickly: pair programming to show them the ropes, unit tests to catch them if they fall. And best of all, we all learn new things from the way they work.

I've worked a lot with AtgDynamo http://groups.yahoo.com/group/xpatg/, and have tried to apply some XP practices to development, such as using cactus for tests. I also contribute to the Jiffie project to test web applications.

I've previous worked with ChrisCottee and JohnNolan on a full XP project.
