For those who are not familiar with this program,The XP Game is a fun way to familiarise players with some of the more difficult concepts of the XP Planning Game, like velocity, story estimation, yesterday's weather and the cycle of life. Anyone can participate, regardless of technical or management skills. The goal is to get development and business working as one team.
