Adopting XP

After over 13 years in IT I've tried everything from Jackson Structured Programming to OMT and UML. But nothing really changes the process of software development like Extreme Programming (XP). When you know something is this simple, its got to be good.

My top favourite practices: PairProgramming, PlanningGame, SimpleDesign, ContinuousIntegration, UnitTesting.
My favourite principles to introduce when adopting XP: TestLedDesign, UnitTesting.

I've been collating various anecdotes and useful consultancy techniques to help apply XP practices without explicitly announcing it. I have full faith in applying the XP practices, and I have felt how much faster a project can go when they're all applied together.
