I certainly hope that doesn't happen; I'll confirm if I can come ASAP. Perhaps an announcement on the XPUK and XP mailing lists would help. Would you like me to organize that? AnotherShaunSmith

Ivan is exaggerating a little but we might do some selective mail lists if we don't get much response from XtC regulars. There are only 18 places and we need just 10 people to turn up to break even. We probably don't want to mail too widely as we won't really be able to handle a flood of people. - RachelD

Im not exaggerating (much) - the event WILL BE CANCELLED if people dont sign up. I am sure that there are lots of people who want to go - so sign up now before either the places are taken or the event is cancelled - its quite soon. IvanM
