Everyone was quite tired this evening so we had a discussion and initiated David to the ways of XP, and as an XpSkeptic he reminded us of how we felt when we first encountered Xp and why we feel so passionate about it now. Thanks Dave, and please come next week when we will role up our sleaves again.

As a pair of new eyes, Dave reminded us that we need to improve our site to WelcomeNewVisitors? and we need to re-affirm our desire to show an active problem being solved in the Xp way with examples of each of the steps (see RealCode). This is something that we have been working towards, but we need to consolidate our efforts.
