• Fix up the XpD? home page, promote our packages such as the ExtremeHour, ExtremeLego and TestFirstTraining
• Start an egroups mailing list for european XP events
• Start the wheels turning for an XP day
• • Perhaps we can run a cut down version at UCL first?
  • • SteveF has contacted JaneChandler? at BCS OOPS, early Autumn would be about right.
    • SteveF and ChrisCottee are doing a dry run of their TestFirstTraining at UCL, we'll see what develops from that.
