• Venue: NatPryce has contacted Imperial College (IC) to inform them that we will be using their venue and to find out what information they need for billing etc.
• Publicity: we will need to work with IC to design publicity material that is acceptable to their marketing department. This will probably involve no more than getting hold of an official logo and agreeing on wording and logo sizes.
• We can have a large advert in Computing. Must be ready by 18th October.
