Is any one working on a failing XP Project?

This seems an odd question. Although you can implement XP to turn around a failing project, it is important to remember that XP is not a silver bullet, it does not cure all ills. If you can implement all the XP practices then your project probably has a good chance of success. If you cannot implement some XP practices such as on-site customer, small releases, test driven development, etc this probably indicates some project smells that might lead to project failure. -- RachelDavies
