TimMackinnon and PaulS pair-presented a 45 min overview of XP, where we stressed the interaction between all the practices (as per p.70 of EmbraceChange?). We finished with pictures of XPAtConnextra?, which raised lots of interest.
We ran an ExtremeHour for mixed development/support/management from various regional offices around and in HongKong.
We ran an ExtremeLegoWorkshop? using the DrKBLegoSets? which are specially mixed in pairs to simplify the running of the workshop. We have video footage of this workshop.
All was well received, and PaulS hopes we can follow it up with some practical project-seeding or XPCoaching.
