Troubles within the company have resulted in staff reductions, including ditching the Process Improvement Programme along with the Staff that were driving it. So, now it looks like I'll be staying up at Vizzavi for longer due to there being no adoption team and an empty project pipeline (also an attempt to keep my head low, and away from the guillotine).

The Equant team at Vizzavi have enjoyed the XP practices we've used and have vowed to introduce XP through stealth when they return to HQ, so I guess there's some good news.

When I'm not so knackered from decorating and the daily commute, I promise I'll be up at XtC again!

In the meantime, anyone looking for a keen XPer with 4yrs Java? ;-)
