Was member of the same XP Team as OliBye at WDS in Poole UK. Right now working in Toronto Canada for a company serving the loyalty rewards sector. I miss doing XP and its been a while I am away from extreme programming.
Recently I met with bunch of contracters. They work with XP and dont do pair programming. And they also told they follow XP in a loose style.
Whats the point of doing XP without pairing???
