I'd like to believe I've been using XP since before it was invented, but since I wasn't doing all the practices I'll settle for saying I've been adopting XP since 1996.

In the last 5 years I've officially been given the job of getting other people to adopt XP, mostly with success. I've just been made redundant from a project management (XP Tracker/Coach) role and am looking to see if I can't setup as an independent trainer/coach.

I'd be interested to talk to other Xtreme people, to find where work might present itself and to reassure myself that I'm not the only one who values this approach.
