As a suggestion, how about designating certain meetings as "mega" meetings, to help encourage all those of us who can neither afford to attend all the regular meetings, nor decide which of them to attend. I'd do my best to attend if I knew Laurent was making the effort to come over, for example. --FrankCarver

ErichGamma has said he should be able to give a talk (Eclipse and XP style development Open Source) after July - suggest a date and I'll check with him - I was hoping to ask at Xtc20020702 but couldn't go due to a previous booking. IvanM

I'd like to attend if ErichGamma is giving a talk, but I'd prefer a date a little later than the 9th July if you could manage it. As far as "mega meetings" are concerned, that's a good idea. Wouldn't it be a better idea to hold one on a weekend? (Yes, I know this is called the extreme tuesday club... but it would make it easier for more of us to get to London without taking time off.) --DafyddRees
