At Xp2002 Scott led a BOF on AgileModeling where he showed us how he could break wood with his bare fists.

He also threw a full bottle of Limoncello over a wall in the early hours of the morning, after the conference dinner, which was probably not such a bad idea for those who had already had enough to drink.

This guy is a real character, with his endless supply of Dilbert T-shirts and distinctive hat. Having been to the AgileModeling BOF and seen the wood breaking display, we asked him the following day about how he saw himself. "So, are you to AgileModeling what KentBeck is to XP?". After a moments thought, the totally serious, self-assured answer - "Yes, I am". So there you are. A guru is born. -- EmilyBache

Presumably he used his super-guru abilities to know that there wasn't anyone on the other side of the wall to get hit by the bottle? Neither anyone's property to be damaged by it? Also, that no-one would be inconvenienced by the broken glass the next morning?

It was actually JoshuaKerievsky's innocent mistake. Josh said "I haven't thrown away a bottle since I was 20." Scott heard that and decided to make sure that the same couldn't be said about him.

Does that make the act any less idiotic?
