Robert (or just Rob) was born and raised in the far-away fairy-land of New Zealand, but moved to London in mid-2005 to get closer to the action and see more of the world.

Although Rob has a background in support (system administration, help desk, etc), he's much more interested in being JustAProgrammer?. Probably.

Rob has read numerous books and articles on software agility in general and XP in particular, but has not yet had the chance to work in an agile development team. In fact, he has not worked in any development team -- all his projects to date have been solo.

My favourite language right now is Python, but my previous role in New Zealand has led me to become very much accustomed to using whatever is best aligned with the delivery platform. (This meant far too much VBScript for my tastes!)
