I'm a 15-year veteran of the software development industry who has gravitated towards high-level sysytem solution design and Agile Methodologies as my experience (and cynacism :) has grown. Currently most of my work sits in the Java/*nux/Oracle space, although I did have an interesting time last year shoe-horning in some Agile stuff into 3 UK's antiquated development process (HDP).

Interests: Dispersed Agile, Hybrid/Meta-Methodologies, Crystal, XP, RTCW:ET and Cats... (and Beer, of course)
