I am freelance software development leader, analyst and designer. I have been involved in agile software delivery for some years, basing my activities around McConnell's "Rapid Development". Came to XP around mid-2000, and have been using XP and other agile techniques since then. I'm currently applying these during business modelling in the early stages of the implementation of an ERP system.

Latest recommended reading: Ambler's "Agile Modelling", Rummler and Brache's "Improving Performance" and "Patterns for Effective Use Cases" by Adolph et al.
