I got a lot of value from the recent film 28 days later. Yes, it's an almost scene-for-scene remake of Day of the Triffids, and none the worse for that. But what I really enjoyed was that the centre of disease, death, decay and destruction was London, and that the only clean, safe, wholesome place to go in England was the Cumbrian mountains. Art holds up the mirror to life!

Another cinematic treat was The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers...did anyone else notice that the Uruk-hai, foul spawn of evil that they are, all had saarf Lunnun accents?

Has anyone else had any ExperiencesWithSoap?

A while ago at XtC we discussed the idea of being a ServiceOrientedArchitect. I've also been interested in ProjectVelocity and IrregularIterations and hade some observations about ProxyCustomer.

Of the XP practices, I find relentless testing the most interesting, especially in its "test first" guise. This lead me to wonder if the http://c2.com/cgi/wiki?UnitInUnitTestIsntTheUnitYouAreThinkingOf. We did some XpAtSun in April 2001.
