I'm a developer for a very small bank. Most of my work is adding bits to existing systems. I use combinations of VB, PL/SQL, Java. Sometimes challenging, but mostly small annoying projects.

I learned about XP at ApplicationDevelopment99? from sessions by KentBeck. It was pretty cool. I'm trying to use bits of it at work. It's not so easy. I'd like to use it more (possibly in a different company).
