JesTer

• New option for setting the compiler (and its command line args) to use (mutations would run faster with jikes, for instance) (from JesterStories)
• Some other Configuration options also included
• prints results (with score) for one file at a time - a really big improvement!
• Can now specify a single source file rather than a directory for JesTer to try mutating (forgot to include this in README)
