A Humber Sludge was invented in a bar in Hull by a mate of mine (at least that was the first time we had it and named it)...
You take glass with a shot of Vodka and a measure of Baileys.
Get a bottle of very cold, very fizzy Coke and pour it in quickly... STAND BACK...
The effect can be quite spectacular... Wait until it is finished before enjoying your Humber Sludge!
