OliBye aggrees with the people who have suggested we put a more organised facade on the xpdeveloper site. So I've made a first cut and put it up for review. I know a lot of people are sensitive about the commercial side of this, so if you have a problem lets have it out so we can get on with DoingIt.
- It's currently too sparse -- OliBye
- We need fixed pages for the hour, lego and testing workshops. -- OliBye
- Done Background colour should be hard coded (I like to mess with my windows colours). -- JeffMartin
- Done Maybe try to make the seperation of areas clearer, bit like this http://www.custommonkey.org/ -- JeffMartin, OliBye likes that idea.
- We actually had ElenaPascual? (our web designer) come and give us some ideas. She had a cool idea taking a picture of a pub table with links from a napkin (Testing-ideas), beer glass (Xtc) etc. and shadow around the table representing people (Dev's, Mgs etc). It was a nice idea it depends whether we could make it efficient to download.
- Done We could phrase the informal XTC gathering as a weekly "XP community" in line with what Kent/Martin said at XP2001, as far as I remember, that a community where you can share experiences is key to the success of XP -- PaulS
