Currently doing a mixture of hourly-rate and fixed-price contract work for BT companies at their Adastral Park research site near Ipswich. Has sucessfully convinced one small team to "go extreme", but is still struggling with cumbersome management practices, Up-Front design policies and indecisive "customers" in others.

• Probably as OliBye was mean and rude to you :-0 in FranksMoans. Little did we know that our idea to build a Wiki would be just like many other projects (for the reasons you outlined in your moans). In that the users had no real idea over what they wanted and were always drunk. So they ended up with some window dressing on what they first started with. It was night to finally have a beer with you --OliBye
