Ron mentioned something he and Chet are doing for RubyCon?, and I thought it may be worth noting.

They're doing a pairing demo on some problem, with fishbowl style audience interaction. After 15 minutes, someone new swaps in, gets 15 minutes with the orginal pair. 15 minutes later the origina swap with someone else and so on. This way each person gets 30 minutes up there, 15 with one partner, 15 with the next. Was that clear ? :-) --AlanFrancis
