I am working as team leader/TA of the java development team at Royal Sun Alliance Property Services (RSAP) and live in the UK since almost 4 years now. Plenty of time to learn how to appreciate english humour and... pubs of course.

I specialised in IT architectures using server-side technologies, especially EJB servers in J2EE applications.

At RASP we have inherited a Java/JSP/Servlet/EJB application which as been developed with the help of an external company. To get the product to evolve I would like to introduce XP on top of what I am already trying to put in place (unit testing Junit and Cactus?, continuous integration with cruisecontrol, refactoring, xdoclets, aspect oriented programming AspectJ, pair programming and more)

I love OpenSource? and would like to do me. I started a small project on SourceForge called ejbUtils (http://ejbutils.sourceforge.net/).
