Dolphin is a Windows based Smalltalk from UK company ObjectArts (http://www.object-arts.com). Being Smalltalk it's great for doing XP! Is anyone using Dolphin in production? Yes, a number of people (that we know of). The Zagreb Stock Exchange uses Dolphin clients and a Smalltalk/X orb. There are some medical information systems (US and Japan) and a petrochemical distribution system using 3D graphics amongst others. However, perhaps most importantly :-) you can drive LEGO with it: http://www.object-arts.com/Bower/Bot-Kit/index.html Best thing to find out more would be to contact the Dolphin newsgroup news:comp.lang.smalltalk.dolphin. --AndyBower? I want to believe in this stuff. It's very nice, but I want to know what the ObjectArts people are planning to do about .Net --DafyddRees OliBye is using DolphinSmalltalk at JPMC. I wrap a green screen 3270 terminal application running on a mainframe, to make it a little friendlier.
