This is probably made more difficult by the proliferation of books available now and I guess the more important thing is not whether you are or are not doing XP but that your team has the right level of agility for your organization.

So I'm interested in what AdditionalXpPractices teams have added to compliment XP but also what practices have been dropped NotDoingXpByTheBook. --RachelDavies
