How are people deploying their .NET applications?

NAnt is all very well, but as the current version (0.8.3) doesn't build setup projects, what options are there for automatically generating Windows Installer MSI files? And is there any way to run these from the command line? I've seen talk of an NAnt MSI task as part of the NAntContrib? project but it doens't appear to be documented and people seem to grumble about its complexity.

I'm also having problems using NAnt's <solution> task to build Windows executables - although they seem to build OK, they immediately throw an error when I try to run them. Has anyone else experienced the same thing?
