Packages must be exposed as a heirachy i.e com.xpdeveloper.TestCase should be as follows

Tasks 1. Model Workspace->projects->packages->types as a tree

1. Be able to load source code from the type nodes.

1. Write a JLAN DiskInterface? implementation that talks to the repository tree
