I am a Software Engineer working at IBM Hursley on components of the WebSphere Application Server product. I am the test team lead in a team of 10 which includes 2 designated testers (myself and SaraMitchell) and DanPollitt as one of the developers.

XP is proving to be very useful, but also very challenging, particularly working as part of a larger non-XP project. It will be interesting to share testing experiences with other people working on XP projects.
