CardJacking

Card Jacking is when somebody manages to force a new story card into the current iteration. Normally a spontaneous act involving a lot of gratuitous force.

I've seen the same term, but for when an existing card is 'tweaked' through the iteration until it bares little resemblance to the original story -- AdrianHoward
