• Software Development (Web, Java J2EE, C++, OO and so on)
• Digital Lifestyle (fitting technology into a lifestyle rather than the other way around)
• User Experience modelling (getting people to want to interact again and again)
• Human Computer Interaction (understanding user perceptions etc)
• Technology in Business (this is why most of us are paid to do our work)
• eXtremeProgramming (of course)
• Industry Standards and Best Practices (well all of us are or should be interested in this)

I am currently working at a company called BroadSystem (part of the News International group), starting some agile projects, hopefully XP will fit in with a Media company.

My current focus outside of work is WakiNet.org producing a developer/community intranet that enforces the 'simplist tool that works'. Its based on a Wiki and with a couple of friends we are kicking off a new architecture that approaches it a little more structured where you edit forms, one of which looks like a wiki page and so on. Its hard to describe here though.
