+ Actually its a whole lot more than is indicated above - its blossomed to 23 practices (rather difficult to remember them all IMHO) - I would say its actually XP with training wheels. There is a lot of useful stuff mentioned (for those that are so dogmatic they need it spelled out to them) but you don't acutally need all of the practices mentioned - its just useful to know they are around and that you can use them when necessary.
