Joseph Pelrine is C*O of MetaProg?, a company dedicated to improving the quality of software and its development process. A very eXtreme Programmer, he has worked with Kent Beck, the originator of XP, for a number of years. He is a former columnist for the Smalltalk Report and a noted international speaker, and has co-authored (together with Alan Knight and Adrian Cho) Mastering ENVY/Developer, recently published by Cambridge University Press.
