• now prints changes amalgamated by file and sorted by position - makes the report of what it changed much easier to read.
• some unnecessary imports removed
• some fully-qualified class names replaced by imports for it's MockObjects
• properties file for setting whether to ignore comments and whether to print results as it goes or only at end (amalgamated as described above)

• tests require JUnit 3.7 - a knock-on effect of wanting it to run on JDK1.4
• now needs JDK>=1.2 to run (because of sorting for amalgamated reports)
