I'm a programmer working for Hyperlink Interactive - a web agency near Covent Garden.

Came across this wiki by meeting up with Oli Bye And Tim M at the OT2001 conference.

Interested in taking as much "risk" as I can out of web development - because it's always a developer (me) who get's the sleepless nights, and the late ones with pizza just before a release date. And I'm getting kind of sick of it :).

So will XP be my saviour? or can I just purloin parts of it and introduce as much as possible into the way I personally and we as a company build software (or "sort of soft-hardware" depending on how inflexible a project ends up... ;)
